We use the minimum cookies needed for the website to work and, with your consent, an analytics tool that we run on our own infrastructure. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use third-party analytics tools and no browsing data leaves our infrastructure in Portugal.<\/p>\n

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website, which allow it to recognise you on future visits and remember your preferences. In addition to cookies, similar technologies may be used, such as the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage.<\/p>\n

2. Legal Basis<\/h2>\n

Cookies strictly necessary for the website to work do not require consent. All others, including functional and analytics cookies, are only set after the user has given consent, under Law no. 41\/2004 of 18 August and Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/p>\n

Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, may be refused without any consequences for browsing and may be withdrawn at any time.<\/p>\n

Website usage statistics are collected using Matomo, an open-source analytics tool that Sooma runs on its own infrastructure, in Portugal. The data is not shared with third parties, does not leave our infrastructure and is not used for advertising or to create user profiles.
