Drie aangekondigde ineenstortingen.<\/h2>\n<h3>Sinds 2000 hebben de EU en de VS drie juridische kaders ondertekend om de doorgifte van persoonsgegevens te legitimeren. De eerste twee zijn door de rechter vernietigd.
