Frequently asked questions
Becoming a Sooma partner
What prospective partners ask first.
How does the commercial model work?
The prices published on the pricing page are reference values. The partner buys the service at a discount on those values, at a percentage that depends on business volume and grows as the portfolio increases. With its own clients, the partner is free to charge whatever price it sees fit. The specific terms are presented in the initial conversation.
Who bills the end client?
The partner. The commercial relationship with the end client is yours, with your prices and your brand.
Who supports the end client?
First-line support is provided by the partner, who maintains the relationship with the end client. For anything requiring intervention on the infrastructure, the partner has its own second-line channel to the Sooma team, with a dedicated queue.
Is there a minimum volume?
Yes. The partnership scheme requires a minimum commitment of €5,000. Below that amount, the service can be purchased on standard commercial terms.
Will my clients know that the infrastructure is Sooma's?
No, unless the partner chooses to disclose it. The service carries the partner's brand, domain and identity.
