Will I lose emails in the migration?
No. Our team copies emails, folders, contacts and calendars before the switchover day, and you can keep working on the old system until then.
Does it work in Outlook and on my phone?
Yes. Email works over IMAP, SMTP and POP3, and calendar and contacts over CalDAV and CardDAV: Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone and Android, as well as webmail.
How long does activation take?

How does the 60-day guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied within the first 60 days, we refund what you paid, no questions asked.
Can I have different plans on the same account?

Our servers are in NOS's data centre in Portugal, and backups are kept in Berlin, Germany. Everything stays within the European Union, subject only to the GDPR and European law.
