Do I need an IT person to manage the company's email?
No. The panel was designed so that any manager can create domains and mailboxes, change passwords and monitor storage, with no command line and no manuals. And support in English is there for everything else.
Can I give different access to different people?
Yes. The administrator sets usage permissions per user: each person sees and manages only what is their responsibility.
An employee has left. What do I do with their mailbox?
You can suspend the mailbox and forward its email to someone else on the team. Messages that keep arriving are not lost, and the final decision (reactivate or delete) can be made without rushing.
Can I block unwanted senders?
Yes. The panel lets you set lists of allowed domains and addresses (allow list) and blocked ones (block list), applied immediately.
